I've encountered the following 3 times on 3 different machines on our
network. Has anybody else? Any ideas?

When printing e-mail messages, only the To, From, and Subject part is
printed, not the message.

Outlook 97 from Office 97 CD with SR1
All machines are new Pentiums, 32 or more MB RAM, large almost empty hard
drives, HP LaserJet5 or 6 printers, Win 95
All print everything correctly in all other applications.

I've tried:
Uninstall and reinstall the printer.
Checking /changing every setting imaginable in the Outlook and the printer
properties.
Select the entire message and choose print selected.
Install Outlook Express and see if it happens there. It doesn't, but would
prefer to stay with Outlook - works better with Exchange Server.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Sherry Giacobbe
