When IE5 came out as beta, I downloaded it, but it would not fully install
so I uninstalled it and went back to IE4, every since then, when I re-boot,
the dial-up dialog pops up, Clicking "cancel" does not work except for a
mini-second. The only way to get rid of the dial up dialog box is to 3
finger salute (alt+control+delete) and click on "Ieshwiza" and then the
dialog comes up that it is not responding, I click end task and it finally
goes away.

I have since installed the latest version of IE5 but the problem still
exist. I assume it has something to do with the internet set up wizard,
but even tried running that, but the file still appears. I had to change
my browser to "never dial a connection" because it it's on "always dial a
connection" it will automatically start dialing on re-boot.

I hope I have explained this so you can actually understand what I am saying.
