Hi,

Use a online virusscanner to try to remove the virus. It's looks like this
is a file that's not used normally by windows. So you can try to delete it
in safe mode of windows, if that doesn't work than try adaware or something
like that.

But if the above things don't work you can try to delete it under windows
after you have deleted the string in the registry. Doing so by start/run
enter regedit hit enter. From the menu in the program do a search for the
file and delete any strings that the program finds.
