Hello all!

I have a client with Windows 98  (IE 4.x) with an interesting problem: she
mistakenly turned off the dialog box that offers you a choice to Save a
downloaded file to disk or Open it from the site. Now, the downloaded files
automatically open without a chance to change the choice (the dialog box
doesn't even show up).

I imagine there must be a switch or checkbox somewhere in IE that will
return the dialog box. Or perhaps a registry setting?
