Hehe, that's an odd feature of web browsers; they can be redirected
by hyperlinks to display the contents of one's own computer. That
information is not being provided by, or seen by, the website.
Open your browser and type in c:\ or file:///c:/ and it will display
the contents of your main partition. That's what the link on the
website directs. Perfectly safe.
There have been reports of some websites advertising some type of
security software using this "trick" to convince viewers that they
need to buy this security software to protect their computers.
Scary nonsense.
