I think there is an error here. Most of the users today use 800x600.
Some 10-20% still use 640x480, and 20-30% use 1024x768 and up. However, if
you want your page to be read by anyone, stick to 640x480 or design a
different page for every size, or use a "flexible" design which is
much more difficult to create, but works on all possible screen sizes,
even WebTV (around 580x400, no horizontal scroll).
