My computer is almost 3 yrs old.. It has Window's 98.. I enjoy photography so
we bought Photosuite3 when we bought the computer.. We also bought a digital
camera and a SanDisk to download the pictures.. Last year my husband bought
himself a computer with XP and also bought Photosuite4.. which I downloaded on
my computer too.. Recently I bought Microsoft Picture It for my computer.. So I
decided to uninstall Photosuite4 since I never use it..  Everything was OK
until I downloaded new pictures.. Now with Photosuite3 I get the message:
"C:\windows\desktop\newpix803\21:unsupported file format" and Picture It can't even
see them.. It shows 0 objects in the file.. Yet both programs can read all of
my old pictures.. I tried downloading Photosuite4 again.. but that didn't
solve my problem.. Can someone please help me?? And try not to get too technical
if at all possible.. Thank you..
