Simple answer and opinion: NO, if everything is running fine or normal now
you don't need to upgrade, Joseph Rydzy

Subject: [PCSOFT] Should I Upgrade to IE 6.0?

I had upgraded to that version when it first came out, but found it so
problematic (with frequent errors of all sorts) that I reverted back to IE
5.5 with all the service packs. Thinking about upgrading again, but wanted
to see what others thought before messing with it. Has 6.0 it improved any
and/or been debugged since it's been out for a while? Pros/cons to
upgrading? The reasoning behind my desire to potentially upgrade again is
because I am doing some web developing in MS FrontPage 2002 and wanted to
have the most current IE browser version, although I doubt it's really
necessary. FYI - currently running Windows ME, use Outlook Express for email
management, also have/use all the MS Office 97-Professional programs.
