Roberto;
You probably have a file loading in the windows registry calling for
BHAWJPJ.DLL
under the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run

Complete instructions here for removing Backdoor.Coreflood:
http://securityresponse1.symantec.com/sarc/sarc.nsf/html/backdoor.coreflood.html
Turning off your system restore is important because you can be reinfected
by restoring to an earlier restore point.
