Are you using Internet Explorer (IE)? Try going to
TOOLS/Options/connections, try to set everything to automatically detect
your connection. You can even set IE (if this is what you are using) to
automaticaly dial a connection when you start the program if you have a
modem, experiment what settings work the best for you. If you are on a LAN,
you might have to get the system administrator to give you permission to
connect to the Internet. If you still have problems, please give us more
information so we can sort this out better. Check the "help about" to see
what version of IE you are using, it should be 6SP1 with an assortment of
Q+numbers. Using Windows Update regularily can make sure you have all the
latest patches and fixes to avoid problems with viruses and worms affecting
your internet experience too. Hope this helps.

I can connect to the internet no problem but all pages say cannot
display page. I know it must be in my settings but where. win 98.
