That's a registry scan, not a system scan. Two entirely different things.
Although the Fakealert previously referred to may purport to refer to
"registry" errors, many of these malwares will describe them as system
errors. In fact, of course, they are entirely fictitious.
The JV16 registry scanner is one of the better ones, but it will remove
some things you may not want removed, (such as some software MRU histories)
so should be used with caution. If I ever do use a registry cleaner, that's
the one I would use. But there are far better ways of keeping the registry
clean.
