HI,

To delete the files in the Content.IE5  folders when you delete Temporary
Internet Files, make sure you put a check mark in the box when the window
ask you if you want to delete offline content.    That will get rid of the
files...and sometimes the folders.     If the folders don't disappear, they
will on your next reboot.

However, WIndows will rebuild the offline content files.
