Don et al!

I was drawn to Firefox some time ago because, like Thunderbird, I can
use the same data store for both the Windows and Linux versions of the
applications (as long as the profiles, messages, addresses, favorites,
etc are stored on a a Windows formatted partition that is readable by Linux)

Are there other browsers and email clients that have this same option?

Maxthon looks interesting but it is not Linux compatible (as far as I
can see)
