Hello

I am not familiar with XP, however when you upgrade an OS you are given an
option to save system files in case you wanted to revert to the old OS. If
your friend chose to save system files he should be able to uninstall XP.
Most likely this option will be in Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. I
think it is best to search for "uninstall" in the windows XP help file
(start->Help).

his computer.  Now he is having so many problems he wants to know if it is
possible to revert back to Windows 98se without losing all his data etc.
