The best way to find out is to download and run the free utility from PC
Magazine called "Startup Cop". It was just released in their April 20th
edition and is available for download from their site. Try their
utilities index at . . .

This is one of their most useful utilities. Others without your
particular problem should add this to their list of must have utilities
as well.
