This is typical security setting about Active-X and a good one for a reason. You
can get around it for Adobe Acrobat Reader by opening the Reader program and in
the Preferences, Options, unselect Display PDF in Browser. It is in a different
menu depending on what version of the reader you are using.

I keep getting the error message "This page provides potentionally unsafe
information to an Active X control. Your current security settings prohibit
running controls in this manner. As a result, this page may not display
correctly." Wether it be on the web or trying to open acrobat reader. I click ok
and the page is usually blank. I have gone through my internet security settings
but see nothing on Active X.
