Hi,

It looks like she is receiving posts from one source then saving them into a
folder outside of outlook express.  During the  copy process those headers
are added to the  posts she is attempting to save.  This could be  also done
the other way round in that she is  somehow creating emails outside of
outlook express and importing them into her email but not actually writing
them up within that email program.
