What David said, and, if you've recently installed/upgraded Netscape
Communicator, go to Edit|Preferences|Mail and Newsgroups and *uncheck*
"Use Netscape Messenger from MAPI-based applications". (David's fix will
work if you re-name the one that Netscape *foolishly* installed).
