I always "over-wrote" my Win95a-upgrade installs
as a "first step" to fix certain problems.
(Disclaimer: This causes "lots" of other problems,
but I was always able to deal with them.)
What happens if I try to do the same sort of
"re-fresh, or over-write" install of my install of
WIN95B(2.1)FULL version using my
WIN95B(2.1)FULL version CD-ROM?
Does it do the same sort of "over-write" of itself?
Or do you have to "force" a over-write?
(Disclaimer: NO ONE _supports_ a "forced" upgrade
of a lower version to a higher version with a
full version, that is not the question...)
Please answer on or off-list. This is a question
of great importance to my brother too.
I will post "results only" when and if I try this.
Thanks in advance for any/all advise on this.
