I remember reading somewhere that 4.5 was not a "totally supported" version.
I have used 4.51 with great success, and have "moved on" to 4.6 and 4.61
I got another newer release in that series (Communicator - cc32d47.exe)
on 10/05/99  I think the best thing to do with a browser that has "bugs" is
to upgrade it.  At a download of about 18.5 megs, it might not be a pleasant
option, but I think it is the best thing to try.             Rick Glazier
