Hi Olushola,

You are using Outlook Express 6. I'm assuming you see a blue number in
parenthesis by the Inbox under Folders which means you have an unread
message. If you can't see anything in the Inbox to indicate it's there, I
think you can safely assume it's up to no good. If you have others in the
Inbox that you want to keep, either move or save them and try this:

Click on a message or anywhere in the inbox view so that the highlighted
(blue) Inbox turns to gray. Go to "Edit" and "Select All", then press the
"Delete" key. Does it still show you have an unread message in the Inbox? If
not, it should be in the Deleted Items folder where you can now permanently
delete it. Empty the Deleted Items folder from the Edit menu also, it's
safer.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Invisible email message

I have an unread message in my in box, but it is invisible, regardless of
the view I use. Is there an way to access this message, how can I get rid of
it? I'm using Outlook version 6.

Thanks

Olushola Sowande
