I believe this option is only available under Outlook 98 when using
"Corporate Mode". It isn't a different version, just another method of
installing it. (If you are NOT connecting to Exchange, though, say, through
work, you do NOT want to be using Corporate mode).

option) and under [View >Options > Delivery Options] there is nothing like
"Tell me when this message has been delivered">
