The sync center is for mobile devices like phones and MP3 players.
There are any number of sync apps, and I use MS Sync Toy.

Is there a way to synchronize the files from one computer with another?
Both computers run Win 7. I use Google Chrome and can synchronize home
page and favorites. There is a synchronize function in Win 7. Can that
be used to update files from a desktop to a laptop and back?
