Hi Sanjay,

Both of these are done from within ICQ - not from
Windows.

Open your ICQ and towards the bottom of the box (under
your "Contacts" list), you'll see "User Options" or
"Preferences". Click on this, and a box will pop-up
giving you options to chose from in many categories,
including the two you're looking for.
