A friend is selling his business, computer included. He has asked me if there is any way he can remove sales invoices while leaving the sales contact information in QuickBooks (vsn 2000?). It doesn't matter if the records are removed or copied to a new company database. The most important item is to keep "yesterday's" records away from "tomorrow's" records. I've looked and don't see an easy way to do this. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
