I have a customer with a computer:

    AMD K6-500
    64MB RAM
    12GB Hard Drive
    FIC Socket 7 VIA
    8MB TNT Vanta AGP
    ALS Sound
    56k Modem

While installing Print Shop 11, (or even a sister product, American
Greetings Cards), the program will install itself, the give message
"Initiating External Program," then freezes completely, (forcing reset
button.)  Upon resetting the programs will not run.  Not much help on
Mattell website... Any here run into this problem?  (Could this be a video
card incompatability?)
