Hello!

I would appreciate receiving advice/help on the following problem.  I have an interactive CBT course that I use regularly.  One day, after having downloaded and run the Regclean file, I got the following message when I tried to use the CBT course: c:\Windows\System\ctl3dv2.dll
            This file is in use.  Please close down all applications and try again.

Although this was the first time I encountered such a message, I closed down all applications and retried.  However, I received the same message and have not been able to access the CBT course.

Do you have any idea what caused this? Could it be Regclean? Please help.
