I ran into a strange behavior of my explorer window. When I start
explorer (4.0 on NT), the size it comes up with is what I set it to and
like. However, when I try to start a window with the "explore from here"
option (for example C:\WINNT\EXPLORER.EXE /e,/root,e:\data\rogue), the
window comes up a larger size. The very strange part is that any
explorer window after the first comes up in the proper size, only the
first instance of a particular "explore from here" window starts big.

Anyone run into this? Or better yet, anyone have ideas for fixing it?
