As an example, I will assume you are starting the first entry at cell A4.
After entering the first Tuesday date in cell A4, enter the formula for the
next cell below as =A4+3 this gives you the next Friday. Then in cell A6
enter the formula =A4+7 and finally, highlight as many cells as you need
starting at cell A6 and press ctrl-D to do a fill. Also, format the entire
column of cells to display the date in the format that you want.

If you want to also have alternating colors, then do the first four cells
and change the color as desired. To fill in the rest of the cells below,
highlight the third and fourth cell and do a copy and paste to the rest of
them.

Hope this helps.
