Does it not say which file?  Probably a remnant left behind after you've
uninstalled something. Often occurs when you delete programs rather than
uninstalling them.

Run a search of the registry for names of any programs you may have
uninstalled prior to this message appearing and delete all
references---uninstalls often leave registry entries behind.

Otherwise look in all the startup places and delete any refs to old
programs--see my tutorial "Computer slow to start" for details of how to do
this.

2. <<. After closing down all internet programs, I used to get prompted to =
disconnect from the internet. I checked the box so this would stop =
coming up however due to some family members - including myself - =
forgetting to disconnect, I would like to get this prompt back again. I =
have gone through all the internet settings but I can't find a way to =

I think readers would need to know what "internet programs"  you
mean--can't tell you where to look without that info.
