I am forwarding this message that I received from a friend in the hopes
that someone knows the answer...

I have been putting off asking this question in hopes I could find an
answer but cant! Maybe someone else more knowledgeable then I can help me?
Lately (last couple of weeks) whenever I decide to change my desktop
wallpaper, I do the normal standard procedure and R click and save as
wallpaper. Fine and dandy..no problem there, BUT whenever I go to re-boot
my machine or turn it off for the day and start it back up the next
day........the wallpaper that I chose comes up for a brief second then a
box opens up that says: "Windows 95 setup" and then proceeds to revert my
chosen wallpaper to whatever color my background color is set at under my
control panel display settings, which in this case is blue!!

I can also go to my Control Panel, then to display...then to wallpaper and
pick what I want....hit apply....then hit OK . But the same thing happens
again..........Turn off the machine and the wallpaper I had chosen appears
for a few seconds and reverts back to the blue again!!
I am running windows 95 and use Netscape Navigator Ver. 4.7
