Laura,
What is your mail client program? If it is OE then you can do this easily.
Go to Tools\Options\Receipts and check "Request a read receipt for all sent
messages". But if the recipient has OE as his/her mail client then he can
disable the returning and everything will turn into nil.
As far as I remember Yahoo has this feature for you if you send mails from
IE. Dunno about Hotmail...

Subject: [PCSOFT] Email question

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone might know the answer to this question. I'm a subscriber
to AOL. When I send an email, I can check to see if someone has read it or
deleted it.

For those of you that have Yahoo, Hotmail and/or Juno, do you know if it
works the same way? If I send an email out from a Hotmail account, can I see
if a
Hotmail subscriber has open/deleted it? From a Yahoo account......

Laura Bruzas.
