I would say we need to start from scratch.
What type of computer? What type of BIOS?
Do you have access to another computer with
the same OS? Have you tried your Boot floppy
there? Is the Boot floppy KNOWN good? If so,
I think you might have a setting wrong in the
BIOS. If you have a good Boot floppy, you should
be able to Boot. I have been blocked from
booting, and had a machine re-boot over and over
from a bad BIOS setting, and/or a bad hard drive.
Are you SURE the machine is trying to
Boot from the floppy? ("A")?
