First you should do in the case of Server slow work is to start Task
Manager by <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del>.
Then in the Performance Page you will see that CPU usage will be
about 100%.
Then in the Processes Page you will see which service get maximum
resources.
The simpliest way is to delete this service, however this action
depends of the service!
