Open Tools>Options>Security.  You probably have checked the option "Do not
open attachments that may contain ...".  Uncheck this option.  Then select a
security level that is  relatively secure and don't open any attachments
that look suspicious without first scanning them for viruses.

I click and click "open attachment" but nothing happens.
