Rick,

After you download the file from Canon's site run the file 720U95.EXE. It
will uncompress the driver files. Now go to the printers folder. Click on
Start then Settings then Printers. Next double click on Add Printer. Click
on Next. Now click on the Have Disk Button. Point it to the folder that the
new driver files are on your hard drive and it will create a new printer in
Your folder. Make it the default printer and it should work fine.
