I have a 200 mhz pentium machine running windows 95.  I have been
trying to get all the updates applied to it, and all seem to take
just fine except one... the winsock2 update, w95ws2setup.exe.  Every
time i try to run it, I get an error message to the effect that I
dont have TCP 1.1 installed.  I think possibly the winsock upgrade
had been applied when it first came out.. but not sure.

Any way to tell what files and versions I can look for to see if the
winsock 2 update is in fact already on the machine..????
