If other member's suggestions don't work, you could try the "auto logon" feature in Tweak UI. This requires
you to provide a username and password only once, then it logs you on automatically at bootup. It will still
show the window that asks for a password, but only for a moment or two, then it disappears. If you have Tweak
UI installed, (check in your Control panel) open it and select the 'Logon' tab. The option to auto-logon is at
