There are actually "at least" two Administrator accounts most times.
There is the one set up as the ADMINISTRATOR (may not be all caps)
when the system is first installed, (and DURING the installation process).
It can (and should) have its own password.
When you ran the "Out of The Box" and/or "first run" experience
you assigned another administrator account and gave it the name,
(I'm guessing "William"...) THIS is the one you forgot the password to...
To "get to" the other one, boot into safe mode and type in ADMINISTRATOR
(or Administrator) and the ORIGINAL admin password.
The above works with (and is the normal way) for a Retail FPP (full product
package) and/or small "white box"-OEM install...
MAJOR hardware vendors may do this differently...
(For your sake, I hope you have FPP or "small-OEM".
