I have a Cyrex 133 and 40megs of ram and there was a time I received the
same message.

One of two possibilities,

1. Your Windows "temp" folder needs to be emptied which will allow
   enough room for the file to unload.

2. The downloaded file is corrupted.

Try one of the suggestions and see if one of them works.
