These administrative Messages/Alerts are what I was refering to. I called
them pop-ups because they would constantly "Pop-up" when on line. Sorry for the
mis-labling and thanks to Anna for directions to disabling via
control panel. Had forgotten where to find this.

It can be fixed by blocking UDP traffic into port 135.
