Basicly it is not for software but hardware. PS is PostScript printer file.
But there is programs wich "works" with them,. Depanding what you mean
with work.

For printing there is GhostScript and for viewing and more comfortable work
GSview ( for Windows platforms)

Also there is imprt filters for graphics programs but these what I have see
dont do good job (for CorelDraw 6 or 7 i think).
