I have a user with a strange Excel problem. He has a file
updated from a previous version of Excel to Excel 97. He enters
numbers into the file and then it generates a line graph for
him. The problem is that the lines to and from one point are
higher than the point itself (i.e. if the point is at 70% the
lines are the right angle for 70% but they show up as if the
point was at 85%). I hope this makes sense. Has anybody seen
this, and if so, how do I fix it?
