Hi Jim,
        Yes.  It seems a bit more stable than 4.05, and certainly less bugs
than the 4.5 Beta.  It uses the standard address book from 4.0x rather
than the new format address book from the 4.5 Beta.  It has some, but
not all, of the 4.5 Beta features, for example Smart Browsing.  If
you're happy with 4.05 I'm not sure it's worth the trouble, but then I
like living on the proverbial "Bleeding Edge" and trying the new
versions.
