Subject: Remove Program

I recently loaded Printmaster 11 in my Windows XP, however the program did
not load correctly and I cannot use it. I went to control panel to
add/remove the program, clicked remove it started to do its thing and then
went back to the add/remove drop down and it is still there and the hard
drive is short the 523.00 megs it uses. What to do   Joyce Rowin

There is a freeware program Inctrl5 from PC magazine that I use for Win2k
and it might work for XP.  You start the InCtrl before you install the
program and when you're done you can go to the report and see everything
that the installer for the program did and reverse it manually if you want.
I have used it when the add/remove failed by reinstalling the program while
InCtrl watching and have been able to recover from hosed up installs.  I
