Which Operating System?  Procedure varies. If XP, you have to find the
correct Sendto folder before adding shortcuts. There are more than one.

  Briefly, it's much easier if you first put a shortcut to the Sendto
folder into the Sendto folder itself. That sounds cranky first time you
read it, but read it a coupla times and it'll start to make sense.  That
way, you can send future shortcuts direct into Sendto without having to
hunt around for the folder.

Proper use of the Sendto facility is one of the most powerful features of
Windows--unfortunately all too little known.
