I'm assuming you're using Outlook Express:

If you want them left in email form (*.eml):
1.  Make a folder on a drive or put your floppy in the a:\ drive
2. Open an Explorer window to the folder/drive
3. Size you OE Window so you can see the Explorer window
4. Highlight the group of emails, drag and drop to the target
