Start-Tools panel - keyboard - sheet "Language"
1)put point in front of Ctrl+Shift (it's important)
2)put a tick near Show Indicator
Now you can see you current language on right on taskbar
where you usually can see clock and sound indicator.
Click on language indicator and choose current language
then type as usually.

You can use all installed langueges in all applications
even in Dos-programme in Dos-window.
