Thanks Bob (I never saw that message until David Quoted it),
and David.

The LapTop is about 10 days old and I'm heading towards
an HP factory image restore. It has odd problems that
Norton could not  fix on a remote access (twice) with
"powered by log-me-in+rescue".    (NIS2008)
(Like: My AV can't do a scan.)
