Hello All,

   My sister at a distant location from me is having problems with windows 3.1 and netscape 3.  I haven't run that setup in so long that I don't know what to suggest but thought maybe some of the NOSPINNERS might have a suggestion or two.

The problem:
   recently when visiting certain web sites, she gets kicked off windows and lands at the C:\ prompt in DOS.  The machine doesn't reboot, just drops to dos.
I suggested she empty her cache, but that didn't correct the problem.

Any kind soul have a suggestion to try?
